The system of human type nutrition is based on the international scientific tradition of Natural hygiene, which establishes that there is one main human style of nutrition specific for the Homo sapiens destined to us by the nature and which guarantees life without diseases and medicaments.

Health regime of life comprises preparation of an individual discharging, psychical and nutrition programme, which shall not lead to diseases; it returns the good health status.

Numerous physical treatments, yoga exercises, curative tourism, Callanetics, Tibet exercises, water procedures, massage and acupuncture are applied, combined with the transitional Mediterranean climate of the Southern Black Sea Coast, where the Vita Mores Health Centre is located on. A regular qualified physician’s and dietetic control is being carried out.

There is a kitchen in the Health Centre designated for natural rational nutrition of hotel guests. There are menus developed for all age groups depending on their health status and style of living, under the supervision of a curative nutrition specialist and a dietitian physician. Complete menus comprise of the following groups of food products, which are based on the vegetarian and milk cuisine:

1. Fruits – apples, pears, quinces, cherries, strawberries, apricots, peaches, plums, melons, grapes, etc.
2. Salads – cucumbers, tomatoes, peppers, carrots, cabbage, lettuce, spinach, dock, beet, Jerusalem artichoke, kohlrabi, turnip, etc., seasoned with foliar spices.
3. Vegetables – potatoes, carrots, celery, Jerusalem artichoke, fresh cabbage, beet, French beans, okra, peas, vegetable marrow, cauliflower, broccoli, peppers, etc.
4. Rice products – paddy, buckwheat, groats, oats.
5. Seeds – sunflower, pumpkin, sesame, lucerne, dill, millet, flax.
5. Nuts – almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, peanuts, corn, cashew.
6. Legumes – beans, lentil, soya, chickpeas.
7. Fats – butter, olive oil, raw ecological pressed vegetable oil.
8. Salt – Potassium, Sodium in proportion complying with the requirements.
9. Dairy products – goat’s white cheese, goat’s milk, buffalo-cow white cheese, buffalo-cow milk.
10. Dried fruits – dates, prunes, apricots, figs, raisins.

All these food products are processed by soaking, germination or in natural appearance, and turned into appetizers, dishes, ready-to-cook foods, and desserts. At the time of their processing, special technological processes of curative aim are being used. Dietitians have developed up to 100 recipes, complied with the Bulgarian national cuisine. We count on food products, produced in Bulgaria upon natural climatic conditions.
